NOW HIRING: Office Manager

Aspen Home Improvement

Help Run a Growing Construction Company—From Anywhere

Aspen Home Improvement is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, organized, and self-motivated Office Manager / Administrative Professional to help support and manage our day-to-day operations. This role is critical to keeping projects organized, communication clear, and the business running smoothly behind the scenes.

If you are detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and enjoy bringing structure to busy environments, this position offers an opportunity to build a long-term role with a professional, quality-driven company—with work-from-home flexibility.

Position Overview: Office Manager / Administrative Support

The Office Manager is responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining organization across multiple projects, and serving as a communication bridge between clients, vendors, and leadership.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Is highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Communicates clearly and professionally

  • Can manage multiple priorities without constant supervision

  • Is comfortable working remotely and taking ownership of responsibilities

Work-from-home flexibility is available, with occasional in-person meetings or site visits as needed.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus, as it helps improve communication with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, but it is not required.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing phone calls, emails, and client communications

  • Scheduling projects, inspections, meetings, and appointments

  • Organizing job files, permits, contracts, and documentation

  • Supporting invoicing, estimates, and internal tracking systems

  • Coordinating with vendors and service providers

  • Maintaining calendars, task lists, and deadlines

  • Tracking project progress and administrative milestones

  • Assisting with process improvement and workflow organization

  • Ensuring information flows clearly and accurately throughout the company

You will play a central role in keeping operations organized and preventing small issues from becoming larger problems.

What We’re Looking For

The right candidate will bring professionalism, accountability, and strong organizational skills to the role.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Prior experience in office administration, project coordination, or operations

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfort with email, scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and digital documents

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities

  • Self-discipline and reliability when working remotely

  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Experience in construction, home improvement, or trades is helpful but not required. We value attitude, organization, and follow-through just as much as industry background.

Compensation & Work Environment

Compensation is competitive and based on experience and skill level.

What we offer:

  • Competitive pay

  • Work-from-home flexibility

  • Consistent workload

  • Opportunity for long-term growth

  • A professional, respectful company culture

  • Direct impact on the success of the business

This role is ideal for someone looking for stability, flexibility, and meaningful responsibility—not a short-term or disposable position.
