CHRIS LOUGEAY
Chris brings his years of experience in the fire & rescue industry, maintenance and property management to Aspen Home Improvement. He is an avid downhill skier, scuba diver, and music lover. He started Aspen Home Improvement in 2022 as a way to spend more time with his family and continue to serve the community of Aspen.
RICKY ALVAREZ
Ricky has spent over a decade working in Colorado’s rental and construction industry. A proud second-generation Mexican American and native of the Roaring Fork Valley, he brings a strong work ethic and practical problem-solving skills to every job site. Outside of work, he devotes his time to his three daughters and close-knit extended family.
